Ryan Reynolds and John Krasinski's Internet Bromance Is Giving Us Life

Publish date: 2024-10-09

Your next favorite bromance involves two of your celebrity husbands: Ryan Reynolds and John Krasinski. Fans may have noticed Reynolds and Blake Lively supporting Krasinski and Emily Blunt's new film, A Quiet Place, by attending the premiere last week, but their friendship took to new heights thanks to this hilarious exchange on social media yesterday.

It all started out when Reynolds gave the film some praise on Twitter, saying he had already seen it twice in one week. On top of that, he added that Krasinski and Blunt are "my new parents." (We hope four-year-old Hazel and one-year-old Violet are ready to welcome a big brother!)

Krasinski completely rode along with the gag. (Fans of The Office are well aware that the man has a great sense of humor, after all.) He replied to Reynolds, "Thank you Son. Your mother and I are so proud."

Hours later, a fan jumped in with a photo of Reynolds photoshopped into a red carpet shot of Blunt and Krasinski.

Reynolds, a lovable internet troll who's quick to interact with fans online, responded to the pic: "So proud of mom and papa." Clearly this joke wasn't going to die off soon.

And for the kicker, he posted the photo on his Instagram story, so he could profess his love for his new parents (and promote their new movie).

Reynolds isn't the only heartthrob to show Krasinski some love. Chris Pratt also applauded the film on Twitter, resulting in another incredible social media exchange.

Fingers crossed we get some bromantic Krasinski-Reynolds-Pratt photo ops at the next premiere .

A Quiet Place is out in theaters now. We hope to see the same support from Krasinski when Deadpool 2 releases in May.
